Peter Moddel has a deep interest in philosophy, astronomy, pedagogy and linguistics, and has written research papers on many topics. Each was a personal quest with the aim of understanding a subject for which he found no satisfying answer in the available literature. Professionally he has been engaged in developing novel approaches to learning and teaching. He has taught at schools and universities in Ireland and Switzerland. Born in Dublin, his home today is Fribourg in Switzerland.
